Bartending Services

  Bartender:
The bartender is responsible for providing knowledgeable, professional and courteous service when serving beverages to our clients.  Bartenders set up a well organized bar to include all glassware, liquors, beverages, condiments, ice, serving trays and napkins.  Bartenders will keep the bar area neat, clean and well stocked.  Our bartenders can create specialty cocktails based on your recipe or we can propose cocktails to suit your event.  Bartenders can also be asked to provide wine and table service when needed.

A Well Stocked Bar:
Having a well stocked bar is essential for a great party.
Here are our recommendations on what needs to be on hand.  Of course depending on what you are serving, this list will change so please use this as a general guide.
Do your best to include liquors/beverages that you know your guests prefer, if they are known.  Otherwise have all the items listed below on hand for a full bar.

Bar Eqipment:
Portable bar or 6 foot / 8 foot table with linen – depending on size of party.
(Up to 50 guests 6’ table is ample).  For larger events we also recommend a Back Bar
(this is a 18” table x 6’ or 8’ with cloth) for additional glasses.
2 Chilling Tubs (in the rental world they are called Lexan Tubs) or
insulated coolers large enough are ok.
Ice bowl/bucket.
Ice Scoop
Corkscrew (the hand held ones work best)  forget the ‘rabbit ear” ones
Cocktail Shaker and Strainer
Long mixing spoon
Cutting Board/Knife
Small bowls for cut up fruit (lemon’s/limes, olives, etc..)
Bar Towels
Juice reamer/strainer if making fresh squeezed juices for drinks
Blender if making frozen or blended drinks

** Our bartenders normally have on hand:  Cocktail Shaker, corkscrew, spoon, and knife.
