Staffing Services
Our chefs have extensive experience in well balanced menus to suit any occasion. Each chef comes to us formally trained and with many years of experience in fine food establishments.  No menu is too difficult for our chefs. 

We are highly experienced in the management and coordination of any size event, whether it be a plated dinner for 12 or a fundraiser for 1,200.  Our Captains have been managing events for over 15 years and are highly skilled with managing client requests, timelines, Bar/Wait staff and all other on site responsibilities.   

Server/Wait Staff:
The server/wait staff is responsible for providing professional, courteous and knowledgeable service to clients when serving.   Servers will assist in setting up tables/chairs, set tables for both informal and formal served dinners or set up all necessary buffet items for buffet dinners. Servers will serve hor doeuvres,  formal plated dinners and buffet and assist with wine service at the table.  Servers can also assist with basic kitchen prep and food presentations. Servers will also manage all cleanup and leave your home organized and clean.
